This page is for Tactiq, the football analysis app on Google Play, the App Store and the Mac App Store. Publisher of Tactiq: Murat Can Ümit, individual developer, contact support@tactiq.club. Here you can ask us to delete your Tactiq account and its data, in the app or without it.
In the app
Open Tactiq and go to Settings, then PRIVACY & DATA, then Delete My Account. Confirm, and your account is scheduled for deletion.
Without the app
Email our support team at support@tactiq.club from the email address of your Tactiq account, with the subject below. The form prepares that email in your own email app. This website sends nothing and keeps nothing you type.
When it happens
In the app, your account is scheduled for deletion and deleted after 30 days. Until then you can cancel by signing in to Tactiq again. By email, we answer within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your confirmation. After that, your account and its data are removed from Tactiq's servers for good and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
Your profile with your name, email address, profile photo and Google or Apple user ID, your analysis history, your notification tokens, your preferences and settings, and your subscription records with us.
What is kept, and for how long
Server logs are kept for up to 90 days and security logs on a 90 day rolling window, then deleted. Backups are deleted within 30 days after the deletion. Anonymous statistics with no personal identifier stay. Records that tax or other law requires us to keep stay for the period that law sets.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, since billing runs through the store. Cancel it first in Google Play, the App Store or the Mac App Store.
